WHAT DO WE DO?
We offer professional project management services on a contract or as needed basis to assist our clients in achieving their project related goals. We act as an owner representative assisting in the startup, and implementation of projects. We act as advisor, project manager, scheduler, and/or claims analyst in the management of a project. We utilize state of the art information management, scheduling, documentation, and communication systems to enhance the quality and value of services we offer.

We serve businesses with industrial and commercial construction related projects, including owners, developers, contractors, and attorneys.
HOW IS PROJECT SERVICES UNIQUE?

We can provide you with high quality, full service project management services by combining my experiences with those of my affiliates. I have managed the planning, startup, and execution of a variety of industrial and commercial projects. Working with both Owners and Contractors I have successfully completed many “fast track”/design build projects, (click for project listing).

My professional accomplishments are based upon sound decision-making, enabled by my education and experiences. I have utilized my education in project management, engineering, finance, law, claims resolution, and production management to nurture projects from their initiation to completion.

STATEMENT OF PHILOSOPHY
The pre-construction stage of a project is its most critical. This is the time that good systems need to be established and set in place. The relationships and expectations formed at this phase will either enhance or inhibit a project’s success. It is crucial to the success of a project that the project be “built” first in the mind. It is at this point that most projects succeed or fail. Careful planning and support from others is most needed and beneficial at this stage in a project. Problem solving requires good communication and a basis for resolution. When the proper expectations and systems are in place, problem solving becomes easier and the risk or unresolved disputes decreases. Should outstanding differences exist at the end of a project, the project systems and documentation will do the most to bring to closure the claims resolution process.
